Once a seller provides contact details, SellMyCar.lu may save a recoverable draft of the vehicle and seller information. This helps resume the request, resolve payment issues, and follow up about the valuation the seller started. Drafts remain pending and should not be shared with garage partners until the submission needs package handling or the seller continues the process.

Who may receive it

Seller data may be shared with authorised partner garages, dealers, payment providers, and service partners involved in the requested package.

Retention

Data should be retained only as long as necessary to manage the submission lifecycle, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and analyse business performance.
